ON THE NOSE: sweet barley, a little smoke, ripe peaches, citrus, lots of preserved apricots, orange blossom, nuts in many, many oily packets.

ON THE PALATE: Lots of oil, waxy, orange blossom, preserved apricots, barley, a pinch of salt.

FINISH: Still oily, lots of barley sweetness, oak, a touch of smoke and salt, earth.
