Domaine : Domaine de Lambisque works 26 hectares of vines growing in the communes of Bollène and Suze-la-Rousse, north of the Côtes du-Rhône area.
The vines, planted in well-draining soils, are located on a plateau of pebbles.
The name of the Domaine comes from the Provençal word « lambrusco » which means « wild vines», proving that there were vines there in ancient times.
Today the Domaine is managed by Claire and her husband, Philippe d’Autume, a former naval officer who retrained to work in viticulture.
When the couple decided to take over the management of the Domaine they turned to Catherine and Laurent Delaunay for assistance.
Since then they have been working closely together and the property has been well run with major investments in wine-growing and winemaking equipment.
